If traveling this morning, be prepared for fog that could
suddenly reduce visibilities to 1/4 mile or less. Visibility is
lowest across portions of northeast Iowa and along and north of
Highway 29 in Wisconsin. Expect the fog to dissipate between 9 AM
and 10 AM CDT. Slow down and allow extra time to reach your
destination.
