The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of central New York,
including the following areas, Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland,
Madison, Onondaga, Schuyler, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, Steuben,
Tioga, Tompkins and Yates and northeast Pennsylvania, including the
following areas, Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna and
Wyoming.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
