The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of central New York,
including the following areas, Broome, Delaware, Sullivan and Tioga
and northeast Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Bradford,
Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike, Southern Wayne,
Susquehanna and Wyoming.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
