Warning for the following rivers in New York...

  Cohocton River Near Campbell affecting Steuben County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cohocton River near Campbell.

* WHEN...Until late this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Minor flooding starts. Flood waters exit
  the river channel at Main Street near the Campbell-Savona schools
  and begin to inundate fields and low spots along the
  Savona-Campbell Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:00 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 9.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise just above flood
    stage. It will then fall below flood stage later this
    morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
