.SYNOPSIS... Quiet weather until Tuesday morning and then a
frontal system  will bring periods of rain, but mild temperatures
Tuesday into  Wednesday. A cold front then moves through the area
Wednesday  night, bringing colder temperatures along with heavy
lake  effect snow in some areas and windy conditions from
Thanksgiving into the weekend.
