.SYNOPSIS... Cooler temperatures across New York today as a weak
cool front  moves in from the north. Rain and thunderstorms pop
up in the  afternoon across the western portion of the Twin
Tiers. The  chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms will
persist  through the start of the weekend.
