increase to 10 to 15 mph this evening and become more
southwesterly between 10 pm and 2 am, then becoming more
southeasterly and lighten up. Humidity will be increasing this
evening into the overnight as light snow moves in. Snow will
likely arrive around midnight with up to an inch of accumulation
around Mountain Top by 7 am.
