.DISCUSSION...

High pressure remains in place through Thursday in the Pocono
Mountains. Winds will largely be terrain driven with weak upslope
flow of 3 to 5 mph during the day time at the prescribed burn
location. Overnight, winds will switch to downslope flow of 3 to 5
mph shortly after sunset. Thursday will have a front approaching
from the west with cloud cover, higher RH, and increasing winds
out of the SW that overcome any terrain influence.
