This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Rain showers and thunderstorms move through the area late this
afternoon into the evening. Gusty winds with isolated damaging winds
will be possible. Heavy rain within some of these storms could cause
localized flash flooding problems.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Rain showers and thunderstorms should develop ahead of and along a
cold front moving through the area Thursday afternoon. Damaging
winds, hail and even an isolated tornado will be possible. Heavy rain
within some of these storms could cause localized flash flooding
problems.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A combination of heat and humidity will push heat indices into the
low to mid 90s late this morning into the afternoon hours, especially
across valleys and urban areas.

Rain showers and thunderstorms move through the area late this
afternoon into the evening. Gusty winds with isolated damaging winds
will be possible. Heavy rain within some of these storms could cause
localized flash flooding problems.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

reaching into the 90s on Thursday, especially in valley locations
and urban areas.

Rain showers and thunderstorms should develop ahead of and along a
