This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop ahead of
an approaching cold front on Thursday. Damaging winds, hail and even
an isolated tornado will be possible north of the I90 corridor.
Heavy rain within some of these thunderstorms could result in
localized flash flooding.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
