LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 454 PM EST, a band of heavy snow was over
Otisco, or 12 miles south of Syracuse moving east at 25 MPH.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
Cortland, Pompey, Homer, Otisco, Groton, Locke, Genoa, Preble,
Moravia, and Scott.
