...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN BROOME...
SOUTHWESTERN CORTLAND...NORTHEASTERN TIOGA AND EAST CENTRAL TOMPKINS
COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 AM EDT...

At 1103 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Harford, or 8 miles west of Marathon, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Caroline, Berkshire, Richford, Harford, Marathon, Lapeer, Hunts
Corners, Center Lisle, Speedville, and East Berkshire.

This includes the following highway exits...
 New York Interstate 81 near 9.
