...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN CORTLAND AND
CENTRAL CHENANGO COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM EDT...
At 747 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cincinnatus, or 10 miles east of Marathon, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Norwich, Plymouth, North Norwich, Oxford, Cincinnatus, Preston,
Willet, German, Mc Donough, and South Plymouth.
