...LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS CENTRAL NY AND NORTHEAST
PA THIS AFTERNOON...

A line of thunderstorms extending from Utica to Ithaca NY to
Troy PA will move eastward this afternoon into the evening. Some
of these storms may be capable of producing brief heavy rainfall,
small hail and gusty winds. A quick quarter to half inch of rain
is possible in 30 to 60 minutes with these storms. This could lead
to some isolated instances of urban and or poor drainage flooding,
especially in areas that are already saturated. Please be mindful
of the potential for rapidly changing weather conditions,
especially if outdoors this afternoon and evening.
