* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations
  between 3 and 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 40
  mph.

* WHERE...Madison, Northern Oneida, Onondaga, and Southern Oneida
  Counties.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
  visibility. Hazardous conditions could impact the busy holiday
  travel period.
