* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two
  inches.

* WHERE...Chenango, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga, and Southern Cayuga
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A few locations could see up to 3 inches of
  additional accumulation in the most persistent, narrow bands
  overnight into early Tuesday morning.
