.DISCUSSION...
Widespread showers and scattered thunderstorms are expected
throughout the day today, especially in the eastern two thirds of
the state. Conditions dry out in the west on Tuesday, with
minimum humidity falling to around 25 to 35 percent, lowest in the
far southwest. West to southwest winds are forecast to increase
to around 15 mph in southwest North Dakota and 20 to 25 mph in
northwest North Dakota Tuesday afternoon. The forecast remains dry
through the rest of the week, with breezy conditions at times and
daily minimum humidity around 30 percent or higher.
