.DISCUSSION...
Gradually warming and mainly dry conditions are expected through
the coming workweek. High temperatures today and Tuesday are
forecast to be in the lower 60s to lower 70s, with minimum
relative humidity remaining above 40 percent each day. Light
south to southeast winds around 5 to 10 MPH today will become
breezy out of the south around 15 to 25 MPH and gusting as high as
35 MPH on Tuesday. Gusty south winds remain on Wednesday, but
cloudy conditions with scattered showers and a few thunderstorms
will keep humidities above 50 percent. High temperatures top out
in the mid 70s to lower 80s Thursday and Friday, with afternoon
humidities forecast to drop into the 30s over southwest ND.
Currently winds are expected to be relatively light on Thursday,
but Friday will be another breezy to windy day. Saturday may be
another breezy to windy day with winds turning west to northwest
behind a cold front. Afternoon humidities are forecast to drop in
to the 30s again over southwest ND, but temperatures should be a
little cooler with highs in the mid 60s to mid 70s. Winds diminish
Sunday with temperatures remaining mainly in the 60s.
