.DISCUSSION...
Breezy south winds are expected to return today. Afternoon
humidity values are forecast to remain above 30 percent, limiting
fire weather concerns. Otherwise look for some increased clouds
today with a few sprinkles. Temperatures are forecast to be near
normal and generally in the 60s to lower 70s. A weak cold front
will then push through on Saturday, bringing a breezy northwest
wind to the area. A few sprinkles or light rain showers are also
possible. Drying conditions behind this front could bring some
afternoon humidity values in the 20s, especially in the southwest.
These lower humidity values combined with breezy northwest winds
may bring some increased fire weather concerns across the far
southwest on Saturday. The rest of the weekend into early next
week will see warming temperatures, mainly dry conditions, and
lowering humidity values. Breezy conditions to start the week
could bring some increased fire weather concerns, especially on
Tuesday.
