Overnight and early morning rain has ended. Mostly cloudy skies early
this morning, becoming mostly sunny by mid to late morning. Look for
northwest winds around 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph at ignition time,
diminishing to around 10 mph with gust to 15 by mid to late afternoon.
The forecast high is 78 degrees this afternoon with a minimum humidity
around 27 percent. Winds will diminish and shift to the east tonight.
Strong southeast winds develop by Tuesday afternoon. Scattered to
numerous thunderstorms, some severe, Tuesday night.
