            Delayed report. Broadcast media sent picture
            of a large cottonwood tree snapped near the
            base at the Misty Waters Boat ramp with
            storms the night of the 19th. Exact tree
            diameter is unknown, but at least over 18
            inches. Received another report that night
            of dock debris floating down the river in
            Bismarck 2 hours later.
