Dense fog across much of northern North Dakota into the northern
James River Valley this morning. Hot and smoky conditions will
continue through at least the middle of the week, with highs
around 90 to 100. There are medium to high chances for showers and
thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon through Thursday. A few storms
could be severe.

.TODAY...Partly to mostly sunny. Patchy smoke. Areas of dense fog
north in the morning. Slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm,
mainly south and east. Highs around 90 to 100.
.TONIGHT...Mostly clear. Patchy smoke. Lows in the mid to upper
60s.
.WEDNESDAY...Partly cloudy. Chance of showers and thunderstorms
west and central in the afternoon through the night. Highs in the
lower 90s to lower 100s.
