Today will be very warm expect along the Canadian Border. Well
below average temperatures are then expected for the middle of the
week, with daytime highs mostly in the lower 60s to mid 70s,
before slowly warming late in the week. Chances for showers and
thunderstorms also return to the forecast starting today. Tonight
isolated severe thunderstorms are possible in the Dakotas and
northwestern Minnesota.
