Isolated precipitation is found over portions of northern
Minnesota this morning. Lows are from the lower 20s in
northeastern Minnesota to the mid 30s in southern South Dakota.
Generally clear and dry weather is anticipated across the northern
Plains today. High temperatures this afternoon are forecast from
the lower to mid 40s along the International Border to the mid 50s
south.

A big change in the weather arrives early next week. A strong cold
front will bring gusty northwest winds, much colder temperatures,
and chances for accumulating snow Monday night through late Tuesday.
High temperatures by Thanksgiving day will only be in the 20s,
with teens along the Canadian border.
