...AREAS OF FOG OVER MUCH OF NORTHWEST AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA
INCLUDING THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY THIS MORNING...

Areas of fog will occasionally reduce visibility to one-half mile
or less this morning over much of northwest and central North
Dakota including the James River Valley. Motorists should be
prepared for rapidly changing visibility. Use low beam headlights
so others can see you, and be extra cautious at intersections and
railroad crossings. The fog is expected to dissipate by late
morning.
