Areas of fog will occasionally reduce visibility to one-half mile or less this morning over much of northwest and central North Dakota including the James River Valley. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibility. Use low beam headlights so others can see you, and be extra cautious at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog is expected to dissipate by late morning. $$
