PM MST/ TUESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations around 4 to 9 inches. Winds
  gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest and most of central North Dakota, including the
  James River Valley.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST /11 PM MST/ Tuesday Night.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
  will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
  impact the Tuesday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
