This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Anniston, Oxford, Talladega, Heflin, Cobb Town, Fort McClellan, West End-Cobb Town, Saks, Lincoln, Weaver, Riverside, Munford, Ohatchee, Hobson City, Ranburne, Fruithurst, Edwardsville, Woodland, Oxford Lake and Mount Cheaha. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
