.DISCUSSION...

Increasing rain chances expected today through Thursday as a frontal
boundary stalls across the area. Rain chances will be high through
10 AM, then drop again through the afternoon. Shower and storm
activity increases again Thursday afternoon in Friday. Min RHs will
only drop into the upper 60 to low 70% this afternoon. Winds
increase substantially on Thursday as the tropical system
approaches. Gusts could exceed 30mph in the eastern half of Central
AL.
