.DISCUSSION...

Low RH values are expected again this afternoon at the Oak
Mountain wildfire, as low as 28 percent. 20ft winds will be light
today, while transport winds will be southerly to southeasterly
around 8 mph, pushing the smoke plume further to the north into
the Birmingham metro than previous days. Better RH recoveries are
expected tonight up to as high as 90 percent. Transport winds will
be out of the east to southeast around 8 mph tonight. Moisture
begins to increase tomorrow, but winds will also increase.
