.DISCUSSION...

Mostly cloudy and mild conditions are expected today at the wildfire
locations in Clay County. There will be small chances for a passing
shower, but rainfall amounts will be minimal if a shower occurs over
the site. Winds will be elevated today. Expect easterly to southeasterly
transport winds around 15 to 18 mph today, transitioning to the southeast
tonight around 15 mph, then to the south by tomorrow afternoon with speeds
decreasing by that point. RH values will remain well above critical
thresholds with minRH near 60-65% this afternoon and tomorrow.
