.DISCUSSION...

Conditions at the prescribed burn location just north of the Hyundai
plant during the day on Tuesday will continue to feature dry conditions
in terms of MinRH and surface fuels. MinRH during the afternoon should
drop into the low to mid 30s with 20ft winds between 5 and 10mph from
the southwest. Transport winds will also be from the southwest increasing
to 15mph during the afternoon. Full RH recovery to 100% is expected Tuesday
night through Wednesday morning followed by MinRH values forecast in the
lower 50s Wednesday afternoon with westerly transport winds.
