.DISCUSSION...

Ground and near-ground conditions: RH values will recover to the
90-100 percent range overnight. Lowest humidity values on Thursday
should be around the 40-45 percent range. Low level wind direction
will remain fairly steady out of the east to southeast tonight through
Thursday, with no large scale shifts in direction expected at this
time. Calm to light wind speeds overnight. Prevailing wind speeds will
be somewhat stronger on Thursday, increasing to 5-10 mph before noon
with a few gusts up around 15 mph at times.

Transport winds and smoke plume: A south to southeast transport wind
will generally keep the smoke plume over the west and middle portion
