* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 35 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Bibb, Blount, Calhoun, Chilton, Dallas, Etowah, Fayette,
  Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lamar, Marengo, Marion, Perry, Pickens,
  Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tuscaloosa, Walker, and
  Winston Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
