...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WALKER AND CENTRAL FAYETTE
COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM CDT...

At 401 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Nauvoo to near Fayette. Movement was
northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Jasper, Cordova, Carbon Hill, Berry, Parrish, Oakman, Kansas, Nauvoo,
Eldridge, Curry, Bankston, Boley Springs, Smith Lake, Stone Wall,
West Corona, Fayette County Public Lake, Cedrum Area, Holly Grove,
Lupton, and Corona.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
