- Dry with temperatures trending 5-15 degrees above normal
  through next week.

- Minor disturbance on Monday could bring a showers to higher
  terrain along the NV border and south-central Idaho mountains.

.SHORT TERM /Through Friday Night/...
Dry westerly flow will bring gradual warming through Friday.
Efficient radiational cooling overnight will allow for wide
diurnal temperature spreads as high temperatures reach 10-15
degrees above normal by Friday. Weaker flow aloft will translate
to lighter winds. Wild/prescribed fires, mostly across Oregon
at this time, will likely keep haze in the region through the
end of the week.

.LONG TERM /Saturday through Wednesday/...
The weekend will bring further warming as an upper ridge expands
northward from the Desert SW. A weak disturbance forecast to
track through the northern Great Basin on Monday will bring a
low chance of showers and possibly a thunderstorm to areas along
the northern NV border and into s-central Idaho mtns. Otherwise
warm and dry conditions will continue through the middle of
next week with high temperatures holding 10-15 degrees above
normal (low-mid 80s at lower elevations).

the w-central ID mtns, bases 8-10kft MSL. Local haze due to
smoke, mainly north of KBNO-KONO-KMYL. Surface winds: W to NW
5-15 kt with gusts to 20 kt through early evening then mostly
light and variable overnight. Winds aloft at 10kft MSL: NW
10-20 kt.

KBOI...VFR with clear skies. Northwest surface winds through
sunset with occasional gusts of 15-20 kt.
