Lingering isolated thunderstorms and showers through Friday.
Thunderstorm activity is expected to be similar to yesterday, with
afternoon storms over Baker and Malheur Counties, as well as the
West Central Mountains and near the ID-NV border. Gusty outflows
to around 40 mph are possible with these storms. Otherwise, light
winds generally will be diurnally forced, with upslope winds
during the day. RH will continue to hover around 15-20%
throughout, with temperatures rising to the mid 90s in the valley
on Labor Day.
