.DISCUSSION...
Conditions will be hot and dry tomorrow, with breezy afternoon
westerly winds. Poor relative humidity recoveries will continue
each night through Wednesday, with lower elevation areas near the
Nevada border seeing near single digit minimum relative humidities
each afternoon. A cold frontal passage on Wednesday will bring
isolated showers and thunderstorms (20-40% chance across mainly
high terrain). Gusty and erratic outflow winds up to 40-50 mph
will accompany high based thunderstorms on Wednesday, especially
in the morning. Above normal upper level moisture values will lead
to a better chance of wetting rain later on Wednesday with
stronger showers and thunderstorms.
