* Southwest Idaho BLM (ID Zones 400, 420, 423, 424, 426)...Cool
and dry conditions will occur through Tuesday. Breezy westerly
winds will kick up in the afternoon, especially in the Snake
River Valley and near the Bennett Mountains. Warm and dry
conditions will return late Tuesday into Wednesday. Chance for
showers and thunderstorms on Thursday and Friday with passage of
an upper level low.
* Southwest Idaho Forest (ID Zones 401, 402, 403, 421)...Cool and
mostly dry conditions will occur through Tuesday. Winds will
generally be light and terrain driven through Wednesday. Cold
overnight lows near freezing will bring excellent overnight
relative humidity recoveries and patchy valley fog in the
morning. Warm and dry conditions will return late Tuesday into
Wednesday. Chance for showers and thunderstorms on Thursday and
