today to 5-10 degrees above normal as RHs fall by Friday. Some
mid-level moisture will support storms along the ID/NV border in
S-central ID Thursday, and southeast of the area on Friday. Friday
and Saturday high mixing heights and good mixing will make for
unstable conditions in the afternoons. Min RHs rise by about 5% on
