.DISCUSSION...
* Southwest Idaho BLM (ID Zones 400, 420, 423, 424, 426)... A warm
and dry weather pattern will persist through next week.
Temperatures will run 10 to 15 degrees above normal, peaking on
Sunday as highs reach the mid 80s to low 90s. High pressure
aloft will weaken transport winds and bring lower mixing heights
through the weekend, resulting in decreased ventilation. A weak
upper level low will bring clouds, a 10% chance of showers, and
a minimal chance of thunderstorms to higher terrain along the
Nevada border on Monday.
* Southwest Idaho Forest (ID Zones 401, 402, 403, 421)... A warm
and dry weather pattern will persist through next week.
Temperatures will run 10 to 15 degrees above normal, with the
warmest day being Sunday. High pressure aloft will weaken
transport winds and bring lower mixing heights through the
weekend, resulting in decreased ventilation. A weak upper level
low will bring clouds, a 10% chance of showers, and a minimal
chance of thunderstorms to the eastern Boise and Payette zones
on Monday.
* Southeast Oregon (OR Zones 670-675)... A warm and dry weather
pattern will persist through next week. Temperatures will run 10
to 15 degrees above normal, with the warmest day being Sunday.
High pressure aloft will weaken transport winds and bring lower
mixing heights through the weekend, resulting in decreased
ventilation. A weak upper level low will bring clouds, a 10%
