Isolated thunderstorms with gusty outflows to 40 mph expected
over the higher terrain of Baker County, Payette and Boise NF
through late this afternoon. Little rain is expected. Otherwise,
dry and hazy conditions with a warming trend will continue
through Tuesday, with minimum RH remaining around 15-20% and
temperatures rising to the mid 90s in the valley on Labor Day.
Moisture and thunderstorms could return to parts of southeast
Oregon as early as Tuesday afternoon as the ridge begins to
breakdown.
