.DISCUSSION...
The fire front and town of Burns will keep northwest winds for much
of tonight. Wind speeds will decrease through the night, becoming
light with a more variable direction towards sunrise. Relative
humidity will increase as temperatures cool off tonight. Winds will
set up out of the southwest again on Sunday, starting mid-late morning
with the strongest gusts arriving by mid-afternoon. Winds will be
lighter than what was observed today. Relative humidity will drop in
the afternoon, but not quite as low as today. Another push of northwest
winds will develop Sunday evening around sunset, and is expected to be
stronger than the winds observed tonight.

Max humidity........55 to 60 percent.

Wind - 20 foot......Northwest 7 to 11 mph with gusts to around 18
                    mph through 1AM PDT, decreasing to northwest
                    5 to 8 mph after 1AM PDT.
Mixing height.......200 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Northwest around 10 mph.
Ventilation Index...20 poor.

                    southwest 6 to 9 mph after 10AM PDT, increasing to
                    southwest 9 to 13 mph with gusts up to 22 mph in the
                    afternoon after 2PM PDT. Winds shifting to the
                    West around sunset, then northwest with gusts up to
                    25 mph possible.
