A low chance of showers (>10%) this morning. Warm and breezy
today. Showers and thunderstorms increasing this afternoon and
continuing through Friday. Precipitation chances range from 25-40%
this afternoon through Friday. Chances of thunder over the same
period are 20-25%. Thunderstorms will be capable of lightning and
outflows up to 35-40 mph. Heavy rain will become possible out of
storms Friday.
