.DISCUSSION...
A ridge will strengthen over the area today with hot temperatures.
Mid-level moisture over the Great Basin moves northward this afternoon
with cumulus buildups and a slight chance of thunderstorms this
afternoon and evening. Showers and thunderstorms are capable of
producing gusty erratic outflow winds up to 40 mph this evening.
Increasing clouds limits thunderstorm development on Wednesday,
with slightly cooler temperatures.

                    and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
