Moist flow from the Pacific will bring periods of rain today
and tonight, tapering off Wednesday as the main moisture shifts
north.  About .35 inch rainfall today and .15 inch tonight.
Continued warm through at least Saturday, with Wednesday the
warmest day.  Relatively low mixing height through Wednesday
with only fair ventilation during the daylight hours.
