Current upper trough will shift east tonight and rapidly be replaced
by an incoming upper ridge Monday.  The ridge will cause warming and
drying aloft above cool, moist air lingering near the surface, i.e.,
an inversion.  The inversion will keep mixing height low, and light
transport winds will limit ventilation.  Valley fog is likely Monday
morning.  A Pacific upper low will come inland south of the fire area
Tuesday,  too far south for precipitation and too weak to break the
inversion.
