...INCREASING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THURSDAY AFTERNOON, CONTINUING FRIDAY...

.DISCUSSION...
Isolated showers will develop this morning with a 15% chance of
showers near the fire. This afternoon, shower and thunderstorm
coverage will increase, with 35% chance of showers and a 25%
chance of thunderstorms. Thunderstorms this afternoon will be dry
in nature, capable of lightning and wind gusts up to 35 mph.
Showers will continue to increase overnight, with a slight chance
of thunderstorms continuing overnight tonight. Showers and
scattered thunderstorms will continue Friday afternoon, with heavy
rain becoming more of a hazard.

.TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny. Isolated showers in the morning,
                    then scattered showers and thunderstorms in the
                    afternoon. Some thunderstorms may produce gusty
                    winds in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation
                    30 percent.
Max temperature.....66 to 71.
Min humidity........36 to 41 percent.
CWR.................10 percent.
Wind - 20 foot......Upslope around 3 mph in the morning. Becoming
                    west 6 to 10 mph with gusts up to 18 mph in the
