...WARM AND DRY THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...
...BREEZY WINDS WITH INCREASING CHANCES OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
FRIDAY EVENING AND SATURDAY...

.DISCUSSION...
High pressure remains the dominate feature across the region
bringing a steady warming and drying trend through Friday morning.
Light and terrain driven winds with poor overnight relative
humidity recoveries at higher elevations through will occur
through Friday. Increase mid to high level moisture should
increase cloud cover Thursday afternoon and that could limit high
temperatures.

Upper level trough approaching from the west will continue a
steady stream of clouds across southeast Oregon. This will bring
breezy southerly winds with very hot and dry conditions, with a
low chance (10%) of showers and thunderstorms later that evening.
Greater winds are possible on Saturday from the south-southwest
with RHs in the teens that would be impactful to all fires.
