.DISCUSSION...
A low pressure system off the Pacific Northwest coast will bring
gusty southerly winds to burn site today. Ridgetops will see gusty
southwest winds, with winds channeling south to north through
mountain valleys. Showers will develop late this afternoon ahead of
a cold front, and a thunderstorm is possible near the burn site. The
best chance for showers will be between 5PM and 11PM today. Not
expecting a wind shift with the overnight frontal passage though
showers and thunderstorms could bring gusty and erratic winds through
the evening. Snow levels will drop to 7500 feet, but accumulating
snow will be above 8500 feet. Accumulation of 1 to 3 is expected
Saturday night into Sunday with snow levels dropping to around
5000 feet.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny in the morning then partly cloudy
                    with a 20 percent chance of rain showers and
                    a slight chance of thunderstorms. Gusty and
                    erratic winds are possible from showers and
                    thunderstorms.
Max temperature.....64 to 69.
Min humidity........34 to 39 percent.
CWR.................10 percent.
Wind - 20 foot......South 9 to 15 mph with gusts to around 24 mph
                    in the afternoon.
