            DELAYED REPORT: Forest Service Road 555
            (Scott Mtn Rd) was washed out. Heavy
            rainfall in a burn scar created a stream of
            water that ran over the road. Radar
            estimated rainfall total was 0.3 inches,
            with a maximum rain rate of 2 inches per
            hour. Timing estimated from peak hydrophobic
            unit flow following the heavy rain.
