            ***DELAYED REPORT*** Debris from the Valley
            Fire burn scar flowed down Maynard Gulch,
            filled a retention pond, continued down MG
            until encountering a canal. Half the flow
            continued to the river and the other half
            traversed the canal into a neighborhood,
            where it flowed over a canal bridge onto the
            streets. Multiple inches of silt built up in
            the neighborhood, and debris was built up at
            every obstacle along the way.
